Assisted a privately owned indoor family entertainment business in Northeast USA by raising $17mm in Debt & Equity

Negotiated a Jumbo loan ($500k) on personal residence to inject capital into a privately held company with unusual circumstances based upon collateral of residential property being utilized for commercial purposes.

Raised equity of $2mm and debt of $2.4mm, for construction of an outdoor Family Entertainment Complex, consisting of; Water Slides, Go-Cart Tracks, Restaurant, Motel, Cabins.

Acquired 700 acres in Florida to be developed as commercial and residential with Golf Course.

Sold a software development firm that was facing bankruptcy to a major software manufacturer.
