John Alexander brings a wealth of experience in management, consulting, financial services and software development across multiple industries in both domestic and international operations. He provides advisory services to startup and evolving technology companies and advice to Presidents and Chief Executives about the business of managing Information Technology so that the company gains competitive advantage from its investments.
John has experience as a chief executive officer in several software
development firms and as a member of the Board of Directors for
a number of technology firms, both public and private.
For 25 years, John served as the most senior Information Systems executive with Unum Corporation, MCI, Citibank, New York Stock Exchange and Reynolds Metals. The readers of InformationWeek selected John as CIO-of-the-Year in 1990.
John has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and an M.S. in Metallurgy from Case-Western Reserve University.

Gene Hoffman
Mr. Hoffman has nearly forty years of entrepreneurial experience,
during which he successfully founded, owned, and operated a variety
of privately held companies in the U.S. and internationally. Industries
in which he has owned companies include manufacturing, distribution,
and international business advisory services, among others.
Mr. Hoffman has advised many companies in the areas of manufacturing,
distribution, marketing, capital sourcing, restructuring and other
corporate strategic issues.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Mr. Hoffman held various executive
positions in such blue chip companies as Burroughs, Remington Rand,
and 3M. He conducted his undergraduate studies, in business administration
and accounting, while in active service in the U.S. Army, within
the USAFI program at the University of Wisconsin and at Ohio State
University.
Mr. Hoffman currently sits on the Boards of Directors of various privately
held corporations. |
